Biography

I am the product of a super-talented artist grandfather.  He was an inspiration to me and an even better teacher.  Though our styles were very different, the fundamentals remain the same.

 I love texture! I have always been most attracted to paintings that had a 3D aspect to them.  I have a large arsenal of texturing weapons - as well as homemade and store-bought goo.  I do my best to use texture to inject personality into my work.

I've always been more focused on design than the details of realism- though my watch paintings required painstaking details.

I accept most commission work.  I particularly enjoy teaming up with the client to create a masterpiece that makes the owner smile when they see it on their wall.  You can provide me the actual paint colors or just request a scheme.  I will first draw a design and then provide regular photo updates for your approval.
